Ouzo Adolo is the “heart” of Ouzo Plomari, distilled for a third time, for 13 hours, in a very small handmade copper still made in 1911, over a low fire of olive wood. An exquisite distillate of 100% triple distillation, which initiated a new product category, the one of premium Ouzo. Ouzo Adolo satisfies the market need for a high quality distillate and addresses an eclectic audience that values authentic experiences and at the same time recognizes and appreciates quality.
